(2) Placing an order for equipment or services.
(3) You supply us with equipment or services.
We collect this information to allow us to perform our business activities.

We may share this information with our insurance providers in the event of a claim or compliance check (as per policy terms).
We may share this information with companies providing assistance or services (such as machine maintenance or fault resolution).

Your information is securely stored within the United Kingdom and European Union.
We will keep your information for a period of 6 years from the date of your last contact with us. We will then dispose your information by removal from our records and systems.
